Concrete Tile to Corrugate Re-Roof
Lichen-covered concrete tiles over a conservatory, replaced with a grey corrugate roof.
What We Did
Years of lichen had taken hold across these concrete tiles and along the ridge capping, with the roof running down to a glass conservatory at the back.
The tiles came off and a grey corrugate roof went on in their place, flashed around the brick chimney and finished to the conservatory.
Corrugate weighs a fraction of concrete tile, which takes load off the framing underneath.
